Tracy Office Manager
Tracy lives in the Cedar Bluff area with her husband Alex and two children Brennan (15) and Ethan (11), along with their three dogs. They enjoy traveling to Disney (or anywhere in Florida) and going to baseball games.
Toni Patient Manager / Orthodontic Assistant
Toni is well traveled but has settled in East Tennessee with her husband Shane and two boys Gary (11) and Aaron (4). She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Michelle Administrative Assistant
Michelle is married with 2 children and 3 stepchildren in the Karns area and is now a new “mom” to puppy “Miley”. Her youngest daughter is currently in treatment with Dr. Hicks and is very excited about being picked up by the Hummer.
Missie Administrative Assistant/ Brace Bus Driver
Missie lives in the Hardin Valley area with her husband and 2 children Jordan (11) and Kerrigan (7). She is a substitute teacher for Knox County Schools, enjoys spending time with her family, and is active in her church.
Sara Patient Manager / Orthodontic Assistant
Sara moved from the Great Buckeye State and now resides in Maryville with her daughter Madelyn (3). She enjoys ice hockey and college football.
Kendra Patient Manager / Orthodontic Assistant
Kendra recently joined our staff after having her beautiful baby boy Braden. In her spare time she enjoys working out and spending time with new son.
Nicki Patient Manager / Orthodontic Assistant
Nicki is a recent graduate from the Tennessee Technology Dental Assisting Program. She is a newlywed so be sure to congratulate her.
Rose Administrative Assistant
Rose lives in the Farragut area with her daughter. She has spent many years in general dentistry and is excited to be in the orthodontic field.
